I’ve studied yoga, lived with a tribe in the rainforest, and spent years walking alongside healers, guides, and wisdom keepers. Now I live in the woods with my wife, children, and dogs, where life itself is the practice.

Group sizes are intentionally kept small to honour depth, intimacy, and individual attention. Typically, there will be between 6 and 12 participants in each cycle.
